About this file
This is an Offer and Acceptance document for Solicitation No. BPM007111 issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories services. The solicitation covers statewide contracting for all Arizona state departments, agencies, boards, universities, political subdivisions, and eligible nonprofit educational or public health institutions. The procurement seeks contractors capable of providing services across three distinct categories: Contractor Facility Repair, Mobile Repair, and Tinting Services, with compliance required to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards Council (ARGSS) standards. The initial contract term is twelve months with potential extensions up to forty-eight months. The solicitation required proposals to be submitted by October 17, 2025, with offers remaining valid for 120 days. Innovative Glass Auto Glass, doing business as Gryath Glass, submitted an offer on October 2, 2025, signed by Ariana Lopez, Cofounder/VP of Business Development, with business address at 4809 W Lydia Lane, Laveen, AZ 85339.
The offeror has certified compliance with all applicable Arizona and federal regulations, including non-discrimination requirements, anti-collusion provisions, and restrictions on boycotts of Israel and forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs. The document indicates that Gryath Glass qualifies for exemption from certain forced labor and boycott requirements as a company with fewer than ten employees. The contract will include an administrative fee of 1.5% on sales, increasing to 2% on January 1, 2025, with quarterly usage reporting required. Contractors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. The document notes that no billable work or services may commence until the contractor receives a purchase order, contract release document, or written notice to proceed from the state.
