About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages form submitted by an offeror to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) in response to Solicitation No. BPM007111 for Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories. The offeror has indicated maximum price increase percentages for four potential renewal periods: 3% for the 1st renewal period, 6% for the 2nd renewal period, 9% for the 3rd renewal period, and 12% for the 4th renewal period. The initial contract term is twelve months with up to four optional renewal periods, allowing the contract to extend up to forty-eight months total. The proposal submission deadline is October 17, 2025, and offers must remain valid for 120 days following submission.
The price increase percentages are calculated against the original contract price rather than compounding on previous renewal periods. ADOT does not automatically grant price increases upon contract renewal; offerors must provide documentation justifying any requested increase at the time of renewal. If no price increase percentages are submitted, contract prices will remain unchanged throughout the contract term and all renewal periods. The offeror acknowledges that any price increase request is subject to ADOT's approval and must be supported by substantiation of need. Additionally, the contract will include an administrative fee of 1.5% on contract sales, increasing to 2% beginning January 1, 2025, and contractors must submit quarterly usage reports as part of their contractual obligations.
