About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages attachment for Solicitation No. BPM007111 issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a statewide Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories contract. The solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide services across three categories: Contractor Facility Repair, Mobile Repair, and Tinting Services. The contract will serve all Arizona state departments, agencies, boards, universities, political subdivisions, and eligible nonprofit educational or public health institutions. The initial contract term is twelve months with potential renewal options extending the total contract period up to forty-eight months. The proposal deadline is October 17, 2025, and offers must remain valid for 120 days.
This attachment requires offerors to specify maximum price increase percentages for each of the four potential renewal periods. Importantly, each renewal period's increase percentage is calculated against the original contract price, not compounded annually. For example, if an offeror requests 2% increases at each renewal, the attachment should reflect 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% respectively. If no increase percentages are provided, prices will remain unchanged from the original contract term. The State of Arizona reserves the right to deny any requested increase at renewal unless the contractor provides documentation of need justifying the increase at the time of renewal.

1st Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase
2nd Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase
3rd Renewal Period ___________________% Maximum Increase

The offeror is cautioned that each renewal period’s increase percentage shall be computed against the ORIGINAL contract price. If information is not provided in the space above, prices shall remain the same as the original contract term. Please see the following example for further clarification.
Example: If the offeror anticipates requesting a 2% increase at each renewal period per Special Terms and Conditions, they should enter 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% in the attachment.
Each percentage increase is calculated using the original contract price. See example in table below.
