Offerors may propose subcontractors but must receive written approval from the BDDB before use, with the prime contractor bearing sole responsibility for all contract performance. Compensation will be structured as a flat annual fee negotiated as a not-to-exceed amount plus applicable gross receipts tax for all broker services, with payment contingent upon receipt and approval by the BDDB of detailed statements for services performed. No incumbent vendor or specific budget range is identified in the available documentation. All proposals must comply with mandatory submission requirements, including Campaign Contribution Disclosure Forms, Conflict of Interest Statements, Non-Collusion Affidavits, Key Personnel Lead Forms, Project Cost Proposal Forms, and reference lists, with submissions made electronically through the City's OpenGov procurement portal.
