About this opportunity
The United States Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center seeks to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to generate and manage comprehensive item master data across the Air Force logistics enterprise. Offerors must propose solutions that provide capabilities for item standardization, configuration management, and serving as a single authoritative data source. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical factors and pricing using the Total Evaluated Pricing workbook. Responses are due by December 5, 2019.

The government intends to award one IDIQ contract along with an initial delivery order to develop a minimum viable product within 12 months of award, with services performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Request for Proposal: The USAF intends to award one (1) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Item Master Program including award of Delivery Order 01, however, the Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
The Item Master Logistics Capability Initiative (IMLCI) provides the Air Force (AF) enterprise with a capability to generate and manage comprehensive, accurate, and reliable item specific data within the AF Logistics enterprise. It will provide enterprise users with the breadth and depth of accurate item data necessary to support and enable dependent processes, initiatives, programs and transformational concepts. Item Master provides the following capabilities: Item Standardization, Item Configuration Management, and Single Authoritative Source.
