Amendment 0007 Summary

This is Amendment 0007 to Solicitation W912DS26RA015 for the Watervliet Arsenal Electrical Switching Station North project, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on June 1, 2026. The amendment confirms that proposals remain due on June 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. EST, with a Request for Information (RFI) cutoff date of June 2, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. EST. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by the proposal deadline using one of three methods: completing and returning the acknowledgment form, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge the amendment may result in rejection of the bid.

The amendment documents bidder inquiries and government responses addressing technical clarifications on drawings and specifications, including conduit installation depths, concrete encasement requirements, storm drain piping details, foundation drain specifications, manhole racking requirements, and equipment details. It also clarifies contractual requirements such as internet service speed (100 Mbps), workstation quantities (3 units including desks), office supplies (ink and paper only, no printer), antenna specifications (FCC-approved, 65dB Dual Band Cell Repeater supporting 5G), and vibration isolation piping standards. No drawings or specification sections were added, deleted, or revised; the amendment serves solely to provide clarifications and answer bidder questions for information purposes only.
