PROPOSER'S QUESTIONS AND GOVERNMENT REPLY
Questions that may be of general interest to all Offerors and/or the Government and that are not readily answered by the proceeding changes will appear below. These questions may have been paraphrased or altered to represent several questions regarding the same subject and/or simply revised to clarify and simplify the question(s). Questions and answers are issued to the Offerors "for information only" and do not revise the solicitation, plans or specifications.
BIDDER INQUIRY 01: Will a site visit be held?
RESPONSE: Site visit posted in Amendment 0001.
BIDDER INQUIRY 02: We noted that all questions are to be submitted via email to the POC no later than 7 calendar days prior to due date. Is this intended to be the process for RFIs, or will ProjNet or another method be used?
RESPONSE: Email will be the process for RFIs.
BIDDER INQUIRY 03: We had anticipated 45 days for proposal submission based on the pre-solicitation notice. We will work toward the 32-day submission required by the current RFP, but given the project's technical complexity, coordination with subcontractors, and proposal volume requirements, we respectfully request the Government consider an extension of the proposal due date to allow industry to develop more competitive pricing.
RESPONSE: Solicitation was issued on 17 Apr 2026 with an original response date of 19 May 2026. Date is being revised to 3 JUN 2026.
