The RFP references this worksheet includes labor categories that calculates an aggregate total which will be the evaluated price. The
Price Proposal Worksheet for the seed project only contains one tab, the aggregate.
WIll the government provide other tabs that calculate the aggregate?

6 42 Section J List of Documents The RFP lists five (5) Attachments. Attachments
3-5, Pricing Proposal Breakdown Worksheet, Past Performance, and Wage Determination are not provided.

7 60 L.4.3 Task Areas The RFP states "The offeror shall also provide a
Staffing, Recruitment, and Retention Plan demonstrating the offeror’s ability to provide services for all five (5) Task Areas identified in the MAIDIQ SOW.
The SOW does not clearly identifiy five (5) "Task
Areas". SOW Paragraph C.1.1 states "This
Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity
(ID/IQ) contract for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and alteration projects.
Inclusive are maintenance, repair, remodeling, renovation and minor new construction which may include incidental design services." Will the government verify that maintenance, repair, remodeling, renovation and minor new construction are the five (5) Task Areas referenced in the RFP, or provide a definitive list of the Task Areas?
Quality control specification provided is a general generic specification we provide with each MATOC contract. The government provides requirements for the contractor to provide in his/her Quality Control Plan for the contract.
The five task areas for this contract shall be; (1) demolition; (2) new work; (3) testing, balancing, and commissioning; (4) design; and (5) Submittals. Maintenance and repair will follow under new work.
