PROJECT TITLE: MATOC Seed Contract: Replace HVAC System, Building 2882
SUBJECT: Addendum No. 1, Energy Management Control System Document for Niagara 8000 Series Jace
Controller
1. The current design package given the contractors needs to be updated to include the Fort
Benning requirement document to provide and install with the energy management control system (EMCS). Fort Benning recently upgraded the central EMCS system utilized and requires that all new building EMCS systems be equipped with the Niagara 8000 Series Jace. The requirements for the Niagara 8000 Jace are specified in the attached document.
2. General Comment: Please read the design package thoroughly before sending in your requests for information (RFI).
