The following question from Amendment 0002 is being resubmitted for clarification. No additional revisions have been addressed.
135. Volume 1, Subfactor 3 Management approach requires resumes for key personnel yet only names a Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager. In addition to the Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager, please define who is considered key personnel.
Answer: The Program Manager and Alternate PM are the only Key Personnel on this contract. I have attached a spreadsheet breakdown for their labor.
