About this file
The document is a Trade Agreements Certificate (52.225-6) dated February 2021, which requires offerors to certify the origin of end products in a federal solicitation. The certificate mandates that offerors identify whether each end product is a U.S.-made or designated country end product, with a requirement to list any products that do not meet these criteria. The government will evaluate offers in accordance with Part 25 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, prioritizing U.S.-made or designated country end products for line items covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA), unless the Contracting Officer determines insufficient offers exist to fulfill the solicitation requirements.
