About this file
This file is a Trade Agreements Certificate form (FAR 52.225-6) that establishes country-of-origin compliance requirements for offerors responding to the Air Filters solicitation for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.
The certificate requires offerors to certify that all end products are either U.S.-made or designated country end products, with the exception of those listed separately. Offerors must identify any non-compliant end products by line item number and country of origin in a designated table. The Government will evaluate offers in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies. For items covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA), the Government will consider only U.S.-made or designated country end products for award, unless the Contracting Officer determines that no such offers exist or are insufficient to meet solicitation requirements. This provision applies to the firm-fixed price RFQ 36C25926Q0665 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, with quotes due by 10:00 AM MT on July 31, 2026.
