About this file
This document is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.225-6, a Trade Agreements Certificate provision dated February 2021, which is a required certification form for federal solicitations.
The provision requires offerors to certify that all end products included in their proposal are either U.S.-made or designated country end products, as defined in the solicitation's Trade Agreements clause. Offerors must list any supplies that do not meet U.S.-made or designated country origin requirements in a table specifying the line item number and country of origin. The document indicates that line items 0001 through 0012 are Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 and will only consider awards for U.S.-made or designated country end products for items covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA), unless the Contracting Officer determines that no compliant offers exist or that available offers are insufficient to meet solicitation requirements.
