This document contains questions and answers regarding solicitation number N62742-21-R-1334 for the construction of a multi-story housing tower and attached common area wing at the US Naval Support Activity facility in Guam. The solicitation seeks the design and construction of a Bachelor Officers Quarters building to house single occupancy units with living, bedroom, kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as common areas, multipurpose spaces, and a detached utility building. One question clarified that the bi-fold doors for laundry rooms should be 35mm thick conventional louvered wood doors primed for field painting, as shown in the door elevation drawing and specifications. The response amended the solicitation to specify bi-fold flush doors of 35mm thickness for these areas.
