Amendment 0017 for Solicitation No. N62473-24-R-5227 modifies the Phase Two proposal submission timeline for a Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) project at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California. The amendment extends the proposal due date from Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM PDT to Tuesday, August 05, 2025, at 2:00 PM PDT, and correspondingly adjusts the DoD Safe drop-off request code availability period. The Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer will now send the "Request Code" no earlier than Monday, August 04, 2025, to the Offeror's specified Point of Contact (POC) via email, with the requirement that only the identified POC can drop off proposals or revisions in DoD SAFE.
