About this file
This is Amendment 01 to solicitation N4019225R9002, modifying the pre-proposal conference and site visit details for a Housing Operations and Maintenance Services (HOMS) contract managed by NAVFAC Marianas.
The pre-proposal conference will now be held virtually via MS Teams on January 6, 2025, from 9:00-10:00 AM CHST, instead of in-person. The site visit is scheduled for January 7, 2025, at 8:00 AM at Andersen Air Force Base Warehouse Building 21005, with check-in at 7:45 AM. Both events are limited to three attendees per company. Interested parties must register by January 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM CHST by emailing specified POCs. Attendees must complete required base access forms for Naval Base Guam, Naval Support Activity Andersen, and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz. The amendment includes detailed instructions for submitting base access requests and emphasizes that verbal questions during site visits will not be addressed - all questions must be submitted in writing.
