About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that outlines custodial services requirements for Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facilities across various military installations in Guam, including Naval Base Guam, Naval Magazine, and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz. The document specifies detailed cleaning requirements for common areas, restrooms, laundry rooms, and exterior spaces.
The PWS details recurring work requirements including daily cleaning of common areas, waste management, floor care, window cleaning, and specialized disinfection services. Specific service frequencies range from daily to annually, with detailed performance standards for each task. The contractor must provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment. Key deliverables include pathogen training certificates, exposure control plans, performance work schedules, and monthly service reports. The document also includes requirements for "Lite Cleaning Services" for vacant units that need cleaning but don't require full Change of Occupancy Maintenance Service (COMS). These services must be completed within two working days of order issuance. The PWS covers multiple facilities including 20 UH Buildings at NBG, 7 buildings at Camp Covington, and various facilities at NBGMS and Apra Palms.
