About this file
This is a Continuation Sheet for a federal construction contract for the FY 26 Marine Corps Barracks Repair by Replacement project at MCB Camp Lejeune in French Creek, Jacksonville, NC (eProjects Work Order Number 1894552, dated 20 July 2026).
The document revises technical specifications across multiple sections of the project program. In Part 3A, HVAC requirements are updated to mandate outside design conditions follow the most stringent values between the RFP and MCBCL Mechanical Design Guide, ventilation and exhaust must comply with ASHRAE standard 62.1 version 2025, and energy requirements must follow ASHRAE 90.1 version 2019. Additionally, PTAC/PTHP packaged units must include factory-installed control covers and ligature-proof covers to prevent damage and unauthorized access. Part 3B contains multiple civil and site work revisions: dumpster pad enclosures must ensure accessibility for front-loading trash trucks per Camp Lejeune Civil Design Guide and BEAP requirements; erosion control areas must be captured within NCDEQ-approved limits; roadways must be constructed per Camp Lejeune PWD Civil Design Guidance rather than at designer discretion; subsurface drainage system requirements for roadways are removed; recycled asphalt pavement use is prohibited in bituminous concrete mixtures; crushed concrete is restricted to sidewalks only; rock mulch is required over weed control fabric instead of hardwood mulch; landscape edging must be provided around planting beds per Civil Design Guide; a mow strip is required around facilities; utility installations in existing pavement areas must utilize boring methods rather than open cuts, with abandoned utilities cut, capped, and filled with flowable fill. Part 6 revises Attachment D14 Specification 23 05 93, Section 3.1.1 to require 100% of duct required for DALT.
