Offeror must submit this form, Relevant Corporate Experience, addressing the following and per the below instructions:

· Offerors may reference the same contract (A, B) for multiple citations in question 8.

· This J.25 Submission must be an independent PDF with no other attachments.

· Estimated Value on this form refers to the example contracts submitted for Relevant Corporate Experience and should make no reference to cost associated with this SIR proposal.

· If work was performed on a specific Task Order, site both the Task Order number and the Base/Parent Contract number should be referenced.

The Offeror must demonstrate scope for Relevant Corporate Experience, provide no more than two (2) recent installation contracts/projects, within ten (10) years of the issuance of this SIR. The Offeror must provide at least one installation project of the two (2) following classifications,

1. Engine Generators (EGs), each 1000 kW or larger, configured in parallel;

OR

2. Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), each 200 kVA or larger, configured in parallel.

This form can be completed on government and/or commercial sector installations. Scope may be represented on one contract/project or be represented on separate contract(s)/ project(s) providing same or similar services; within ten (10) years of the issuance of the SIR. Offeror must not use more space than provided and must not modify the form in anyway.

Block 2 must be completed with only one email address and be for the individual authorized to communicate on behalf of the Offeror.
