About this file
This document outlines the requirements for base operations support services at the Naval Support Facility Redzikowo in Poland. The solicitation seeks recurring facility investment services including maintenance of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and utility systems. It also requires non-recurring work such as interior and exterior painting, equipment replacement, and custodial services. Prices are requested for recurring work in base years and two option years. Non-recurring work will be ordered on an as-needed basis using unit prices. The Navy seeks services for facilities operation and sustainment across several specifications including facility management, transportation, environmental services, and supply services. The solicitation includes templates for offerors to provide fixed prices for recurring requirements and unit prices for non-recurring work.
