About this file
This is FAR provision 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate (Oct 2022), which requires offerors to certify compliance with Buy American requirements for domestic end products. The provision requires offerors to list any foreign end products, including country of origin and whether they exceed 55% domestic content (except for COTS items). Offerors must separately identify line items for domestic end products containing critical components. The provision is associated with a VA solicitation for a parking lot mill and fill project at the Northport VAMC, which involves milling and repaving approximately 145,000 square feet across three parking lots (A, C, and Q), including concrete work, sidewalks, ramps, curbs, striping, and signage replacement.
