Consolidated Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Modifications, Maintenance and Operations (CAMMO) FA8823-13-R-0009 Industry Day #2 and Industry One-on-Ones #2
I. Description:
The Space and Missile Systems Center and the 50th Space Wing are pleased to announce Industry Day #2 and Industry One-on-Ones #2 to discuss the CAMMO Program as a result of issuing CAMMO Draft Request for Proposal. Industry Day #2 is to be held on the morning of 3 September 2014 with Industry One-on-Ones #2 to follow over the course of the morning on 4 September 2014. The tentative agenda for the briefings may be found in Appendix B.
This announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
II. Submission Instructions:
The table located in Appendix A must be completed and submitted to the Government as a Microsoft Word™ document attachment via e-mail no later than 1630 MST on 27 August 2014. The requested information is required for anyone physically attending Industry Day or the Industry One-on-Ones. If the requested information is not provided, access will not be granted to the event.
If an e-mail confirming receipt of your submission is not received, please contact the Government point of contact (GPOC) listed in Section IV of this document prior to 1630 MST on 27 August 2014. Submitters are strongly encouraged to initiate contact with the GPOC if a confirmation email is not received within one business day or if a submission is being made on 27 August 2014. Late submissions will not be accepted unless specifically authorized by the GPOC prior to 1630 MST on 27 August 2014.
Please limit attendees for each activity to the numbers listed in Table 1.

CAMMO Industry Day Classified Briefings A portion of the Industry Day briefings will contain information classified SECRET. Prior to the classified portion of the briefings, a short break will be taken and the conference room will be cleared of all contractors. Those who will be attending the classified portion will be required to present identification prior to reentering the room. No cellular phones, computers, tablets, or similar electronic devices will be permitted into the room for this portion of the brief. Those Contractors who will not be attending the classified portion will be asked to turn in their badge and exit the CISF.
For all persons attending the classified briefing, a letter from the contractor’s Facility Security Officer (FSO) must be submitted providing an attestation to the attendees’ security clearance, clearance investigation date, company name, and the FSO’s contact information. This information must be provided on business letterhead and be faxed or scanned and e-mailed to the GPOC listed in Section V no later than 1630 MST on 27 August 2014.
Contractors who will only be attending the Section L&M and RTS Operations discussions are not required to submit security clearance paperwork.
Industry One-on-Ones #2 The Government requests that only those businesses who intend to prime on CAMMO request One-on-One meetings. The number of One-on-One meetings is limited and will be kept to 45 minutes each. If teaming arrangements are being considered, prime contractors may include members from their teaming partners within the confines of the attendee limits summarized in the Table 1 of this announcement.
The one-on -one meeting is intended to provide clarification on the requirement and answer specific questions that Industry may have for the Government. The One-on-Ones will be held at Peterson AFB, CO on 4 September 2014. These One-on-Ones will utilize face-to-face meetings. The Government is limiting the number of attendees to eight. Any materials utilized for the briefings will not be retained by the Government. Any handouts presented to the Government during the meeting will be returned to the company representatives at the conclusion of the meeting.
A single point of contact is requested for scheduling the One-on-One meetings with the Government. Provide the company name, point of contact name, telephone number, and email address to the GPOC via email no later than 1630 MST on 27 August 2014. The Government representative will contact you to schedule a time for the One-on-One.
III. Submission Artifacts:
Potential offerors contemplating attending the CAMMO Industry Day and/or One-on-Ones are to provide:
1) A single point of contact for the purposes of scheduling One-on-Ones.
2) A completed Industry Day and One-on-One Attendee Information worksheet as shown in Appendix A.
3) A security clearance attestation from the Contractor’s FSO for each person attending the Industry Day briefings (all attendees must hold a minimum of a SECRET clearance) including security clearance, clearance investigation date, company name, and the FSO’s contact information. This must be provided on company letterhead.
Provide these artifacts to the Government representative listed below via email or fax (for security clearance attestation) by the date listed in Section III.
The information provided may or may not result in further action. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this information or otherwise pay any cost in response to this notice or participation.
