About this file
This document is a Request for Order Proposal (RFOP) from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base for MJU-76/B Countermeasure Flares. The solicitation requests pricing proposals from contractors under a basic contract, with award criteria following split percentages in existing ordering procedures. Contractors must complete a Proposed Pricing Table, submitting unit pricing for specified quantity ranges, from which the Government will calculate a Total Evaluated Price (TEP) to determine split award amounts.
Key details include a 365 calendar day delivery timeframe for CLIN 0004 and CLIN 0005, with contractor proposed prices to remain valid for 120 days after the proposal due date. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with offerors to address technical, price, past performance, or documentation issues, and may continue negotiations until an awardable proposal is secured. The contracting officer for this opportunity is Marc Mattsson, who can be contacted at marc.mattsson@us.af.mil for any questions.
