About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a federal contract related to ammunition and infrared countermeasure flares. The CDRL outlines 18 separate data items that the contractor must submit throughout the contract lifecycle, including requirements for meeting minutes, measurement system evaluations, first article testing, configuration management plans, production status reports, and various technical and administrative documentation.
Key submission requirements include a post-award conference within 30 working days of contract award, measurement system evaluation documentation within 180 calendar days, first article testing reports, monthly production status reports, and various management plans such as a Quality Assurance Program Plan and Statistical Process Control Plan. The contract is associated with the Air Force Materiel Command, has a planned award date in July 2025, and anticipates procuring approximately 500,000 replenishment spares of infrared countermeasure flares. The contract will have a 5-year basic ordering period and a 1-year optional ordering period, with work to be completed within 1 year and 180 days after the last order.
