| The MACC program represents a multiple award construction acquisition for design/build and construction activities at TAFB. |
| Work shall consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories and may involve design services for execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects affecting real property in support of the Base Civil Engineer’s real property Sustainment, Restoration, and Maintenance (SRM) and Depot Maintenance Activity Group (DMAG) programs for facilities and infrastructure base-wide. |

EVALUATION OF OFFERORS

| First select the awardees for the two design build projects, Seed Projects A and B. |
| The design build seed projects awardees will be selected based on best design approach representing the best value for the government |

| Government may reject any proposal that is evaluated to be unrealistic in terms of program commitments, including contract terms and conditions |
| Proposal is deemed to reflect an inherent lack of competence or failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the program. |

Each individual Task Order (TO) Statement of Work (SOW) under this contract will define specific requirements / levels of effort.

Contractors shall adhere to applicable safety manuals, standards, and federal regulations In addition, note that TAFB participates in the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). All construction sites will be posted with contact information so ANY base personnel can report what they believe to be unsafe work practices.

Note the information above as schedules are developed Periods of performance and schedules are considered on an individual TO basis. Contractor shall schedules for individual TOs to occur concurrently without extending performance period due to insufficient resources.
