About this file

This solicitation seeks proposals for rotary wing aircraft maintenance services across multiple Air Force bases. Services include organizational and intermediate level maintenance for UH-1N, HH-60, and MH-139 helicopters and mission support equipment. Maintenance support involves ground handling, launch and recovery, inspections, quality control, and contingency support. Weapons maintenance and munitions operations are also required. The contract will have firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursement line items, and is contemplated as a multiple award with up to five awardees in the small business set-aside pool and five in the full and open competition pool. The NAICS code is 488190 and small business size standard is $32.5 million. The base period of performance is from October 2019 to September 2029, with two five-year ordering periods. Task orders will be competed for individual bases as current contracts expire beginning with Fairchild AFB and Kirtland AFB. Pre-proposal conferences were scheduled for February 2019.
