Question 60: If there are vehicles or equipment stored in the space, will an exhaust fan be required or requested?
Answer 60: The Government does not anticipate a requirement for nor is requesting an exhaust fan.
Answer 60 Revised: Natural ventilation (simple vent, not mechanical) is sufficient for the UTV storage area. Additionally, the storage area will require a one hour fire barrier separation from the bathroom area. Contractors will ensure the bathroom and storage area do not share a common ventilation system.
