Question 54: Clarification to the request for a 10’x15’ storage room and whether it needs to fit into the 20’x30’ footprint
Answer 54: The building dimensions indicated in the SOW are nominal, therefore notional dimensions of the approximate size of the building. Thus, the storage room does not necessarily need to be in a set 20’x30’ footprint. For example, the storage room may be attached to the back of the building and part of the overall structure; or the storage room may be incorporated into the 20’x30’ with necessary increases in the width/length to accommodate. It is up to the contractor to determine the best method to incorporate this new requirement into their design.
