Question 45: What is the minimum and maximum value of the MACC on-ramp?
Answer 45: See block 10 of the solicitation for the minimum and maximum value of the MACC on-ramp.
Question 46: How long is the MACC on ramp period of performance? Will contractors who are on-ramped need to recompete at the next MACC?
Answer 46: See block 10 of the solicitation for the period of performance. Yes, contractors who are on-ramped will need to compete for the next MACC contract.
Question 47: For the sample project, will the Government please provide an AutoCAD title block drawing?
Answer 47: This was included as attachment 26 to the solicitation in Amendment 4.
Question 48: Is the Government requiring a bid bond or just payment and performance bonds after award?
Answer 48: No, the Government is NOT requiring bid bond for proposal submission. Regarding payment and performance bonds, that is only required for the company that is awarded the task order. We do not require payment and performance bonds on the IDIQ, just individual task orders.
Question 49: Section L, paragraph 2.2 says that each page with proprietary information should be marked. Each page should contain the following legend at the bottom of each sheet: SOURCE SELECTION INFORMATION-- SEE FAR 2.101 and 3.104 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY. Does every page require this footer, or just the pages with proprietary information? If it is every page, how does that apply to our SF sheets, 65% plans and specs, and other forms that are prefilled but do not have this?
Answer 49: 1.) If your proposal has proprietary information on a specific page, that page should be marked identifying it as containing proprietary information. It is up to you to determine how you mark it as such. 2.) All pages should contain the legend at the bottom of the sheet as outlined in Section L, 2.2.
Note: This legend is not an evaluation criteria. If there are pages that you cannot edit the source selection information legend due to the formatting of the document (i.e. the design, etc.), your proposal will not be rejected simply for not including the legend at the bottom of the page.
