SUBJECT: Site Visit Minutes for Construct Bath Houses at Outdoor Running Track on Ellsworth AFB, SD
1. This documents the Site Visit which was conducted at 0900 on 10 January 2019, which provided the opportunity to view the Construct Bath Houses at Outdoor Running Track project.

3. All parties met at Rushmore Center Conference Room at 0900. Bernie Clemens, 28 CONS/PK, give instructions to contractors on small business requirements and general solicitation topics. David Goff, 28 CONS/PKB, gave a brief overview of the MACC ON-ramp solicitation. Howie Aubertin, 28 CES/CEP, presented project specific information to the contractors for the Construct Bath Houses at Outdoor Running Track project. Steve Lynn, 28 CONS/PKB, reminded contractors on questions/proposals due date. Also any questions will not be considered as part of the official contract file unless they were submitted in writing. All attendees met at the Construct Bath Houses at Outdoor Running Track project location.
Contractors were allowed to take pictures at the location. After approximately one hour, the site visit for this project concluded. Contractors were reminded questions from the site visit are due by Wednesday, 16 January 2019, 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. A second site visit will be held Thursday, 24 January 2019 at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time. Contractors were reminded any questions were not an official part of the contract file and any questions they wanted included would have to be submitted via email. Contractors were also informed pass requests for the second site visit are due NLT Tuesday, 22 January 2019, 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time for the second site visit.
4. The proposal due date remains NLT Friday, 1 March 2019, 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
