About this file
This document includes an enclosure requiring certification of a trafficking in persons compliance plan from offerors, as well as details of a related federal contract opportunity for student transportation services. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is soliciting proposals to provide daily commute, special needs/education, and curricular career practicum transportation services for students within the Wiesbaden Military Community in Germany. Offerors must certify that they have implemented a compliance plan to prevent trafficking in persons and to monitor, detect, and terminate contracts with any subcontractors engaged in such activities. If issues have been identified, appropriate remedial and referral actions must have been taken. The single-award contract will require the contractor to provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, supervision and services to safely transport DoDEA students to and from schools and authorized activities according to established routes.
