About this file

Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. CN331 is a renewal amendment between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (state agency) and Humiston and Moore Engineers, P.A. (consultant), a professional services firm located in Naples, Florida. The amendment modifies and extends the original Professional Services Agreement that became effective on July 28, 2016.

The amendment renews the agreement for an additional five-year period commencing July 28, 2021, and continuing through July 28, 2026, under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. The amendment incorporates updated public records requirements (Attachment J) and modifies contractual provisions regarding scrutinized companies, including certifications related to boycotts of Israel and business activities in Sudan, Iran, Cuba, and Syria, with immediate termination rights reserved to the Department if such certifications prove false or the consultant's status changes during the contract term. No specific pricing, deliverables, or service scope details are included in the amendment document itself, as these provisions remain governed by the original agreement executed in 2016.
