About this file
This is a Vehicle Branding Guide for the Federal Services Law Enforcement Vehicle Equipment Standardization (FedSLEVES) Group, effective for fiscal year 2027 and dated June 15, 2026. The guide provides vehicle graphics specifications and ordering instructions for law enforcement agencies participating in GSA Fleet's Law Enforcement Vehicle Program. Graphics are available as exterior vinyl decal packages identified by XW option codes (XW00 through XW11) and must be ordered in conjunction with one of five LU upfit options: LU83, LU84, LU85, LU87, or LU89. When K9/Military Working Dog vehicles are ordered using LU85 or LU88 options with an XW package, agency K9/MWD markings are automatically included with standard graphics. Available graphics packages cover ten federal agencies: Air Force (XW01), Army (XW02), Federal Protective Service (XW03), Marine Corps (XW04), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (XW05), Navy (XW06), US Park Police (XW07), Veterans Affairs (XW08), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (XW09), and Customs and Border Protection with two variants—Border Patrol Green (XW10) and Field Operations Blue (XW11). XW00 provides an option for vehicles without graphics.
The guide contains detailed graphics drawings, color specifications, and placement instructions for each agency's vehicle branding, including material keys, color keys using Pantone references, and specific measurements for decal positioning on various vehicle models (SUVs, sedans, pickups, and vans). Content is agency-provided and remains their property; artwork release requires copyright owner approval, and graphics production vendors may require written agency authorization for replacement government graphics distribution due to homeland security requirements. The FY27 edition adds new XW options for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection, includes graphics drawings for these agencies, removes duplicated USAF technical order content to conserve file space, adds a USAF pickup drawing, and incorporates formatting enhancements.

FedSLEVES Group Vehicle Branding Guide FY27 June 15, 2026
This is a collection of vehicle graphics utilized by select agencies participating in the Federal Service Law Enforcement Vehicle Equipment Standardization (FedSLEVES) group. The graphics are available through GSA Fleet’s Law Enforcement Vehicle Program’s LU Option vehicle upfits.
Photos, Drawings and descriptions may not be suitable for production or pre-delivery-inspection purposes and may not reflect all features of end products. Updates and improvements to upfit equipment and base vehicles occur continuously and may not be reflected. Artwork may apply to multiple SINs/models.
Content is provided by the respective agency and is their property except where otherwise noted. Release of all artwork is contingent upon approval of any copyright owner. Due to homeland security requirements, graphics production vendors may require that distribution of replacement Government graphics be approved in writing from the appropriate agency.
Effective beginning with FY27 orders and until further notice.
Contains the following revisions from previous FY:
Add XW options for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Add graphics drawings for for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Remove some USAF content that duplicated the referenced technical order. The removed content frees up much-needed file space.
Add drawing of USAF pickup.
Formatting enhancements.
