About this file
This document is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard Attestation of Compliance for Onsite Assessments completed by TKC Holdings, Inc. and validated by Sikich LLP, a Qualified Security Assessor, as of December 12, 2022. TKC Holdings, Inc., operating under multiple DBAs including Keefe Group, Inc., Access Catalog, Inc., Access Corrections, Inc., CorrLinks, Courtesy Products LLC, Inmate Calling Solutions LLC, and Trinity Services Group, provides electronic payment processing services through ecommerce platforms, call centers, kiosks, and mail order systems. The assessment evaluated five primary services: Access Corrections, Access Catalog, CorrLinks, ICS, and Smart Deposit, encompassing hosted payment applications, payment processing, managed services, and systems security services. The company operates across multiple locations including call centers in St. Louis, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Aurora, and Manila, as well as data centers in St. Louis and Omaha. The assessment was completed on December 5, 2022, and the company was determined to be fully compliant with PCI DSS v3.2.1 requirements.
TKC Holdings accepts cardholder data through multiple channels—ecommerce transactions, card-present kiosk payments, call center transactions, mail orders, and interactive voice response systems—and transmits this data via HTTPS to third-party payment processors including CardConnect, Authorize.Net, Kount, and Bluefin for tokenization, authorization, settlement, and fraud monitoring. The company does not electronically store cardholder data; paper records from mail orders are retained for no longer than 90 days for fraud and chargeback purposes before destruction. The assessment was conducted as an onsite review with full compliance achieved across all twelve PCI DSS requirements, with various sub-requirements marked as not applicable due to the company's specific business operations and security architecture. Third-party service providers involved in the assessment include BigCommerce for hosting, Imperva for web application firewall services, Iron Mountain for document destruction, Qualfon for call center operations, and TierPoint for data center services.

Part 2b. Description of Payment Card Business
Describe how and in what capacity your business stores, processes, and/or transmits cardholder data.
TKC Holdings, Inc. (TKC Holdings) and their wholly-owned subsidiaries operated a suite of ecommerce payment platforms, call centers, kiosks and mail order forms that accepted cardholder data (CHD) to facilitate payments for goods and services provided to the general public as well as to inmates housed in facilities across the United States of America.
TKC Holdings developed web applications that accepted CHD from cardholders for ecommerce transactions and transmitted payment information to third parties CardConnect, LLC (CardConnect), Authorize.Net (a subsidiary of Cybersource, a Visa solution), Kount Inc. (Kount) and Bluefin Payment
Systems LLC (Bluefin) using HTTP over TLS v1.2
(HTTPS) to perform tokenization, authorization, settlement and fraud monitoring.
TKC Holdings developed web applications that accepted CHD from cardholders for card-present

TKC Holdings web servers, which transmitted payment information to third parties using HTTPS to perform tokenization, authorization, settlement and fraud monitoring.
The TKC Holdings proprietary web applications hosted on BigCommerce Pty. Ltd. (BigCommerce) platforms accepted ecommerce payments for Café
Valet and The Whole Shabang products (sold by the
Keefe Group). These applications transmitted payments via HTTPS to BigCommerce’s acquirer and did not access in-scope systems or have the ability to impact the security of the CDE.
TKC Holdings accepted CHD from cardholders at call centers, through mail orders and over the phone using an interactive voice response (IVR) system that transmitted CHD to an application programming interface (API) developed by TKC Holdings, which transmitted the traffic to payment processors for tokenization, authorization and settlement. Call center personnel entered CHD received over the phone directly into the IVR web application, while customer service personnel entered CHD from mail-in forms into the IVR web application.
TKC Holdings did not store CHD electronically. TKC
Holdings received CHD through mail order forms and retained paper records for no longer than 90 days for fraud and chargeback purposes. Following entering payment details, TKC Holdings rendered the CHD unreadable and stored it in a locked filing cabinet in a locked office until destruction.
Describe how and in what capacity your business is otherwise involved in or has the ability to impact the security of cardholder data.
Other than in their capacity transmitting CHD to third parties for fraud investigation purposes, TKC
Holdings did not provide services that were otherwise involved in or had the ability to impact the security of
CHD.
