About this file

This is an Experience and References attachment document for Solicitation No. BPM005375, issued by the State of Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry Procurement Services for Electronic Payment Transaction Processing Services. The document outlines the reference requirements for offerors responding to this RFP, mandating that each contractor provide at least three (3) client references for similar contract work performed within the last five (5) years. The references must be submitted as part of the offeror's proposal response and should address the contractor's specific performance and ability to comply with contract requirements, including fulfillment of contract terms, scope of services, milestone chart adherence, and staffing adequacy.

The document contains three completed reference forms from existing clients of Securus Technologies, LLC: the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (17,000 inmates, contract start date 2/24/2020 with 1-year term plus 10 renewals), the North Dakota Department of Corrections (1,800 inmates across six sites, contract period 2/1/2018 to 10/31/2026), and Ventura County, California (1,500 inmates, contract period August 2018 to January 2028). All three references confirm that Securus fulfilled contract terms, met project implementation timelines and milestones, provided sufficient staffing, and delivered responsive service resolution. The references include rating scales (1-5) for various performance metrics including ability to meet contracted tasks, quality of service, staff qualifications, timeframe adherence, startup readiness, cooperation with changes, deficiency resolution, and overall performance satisfaction.
