About this file
This is a compliance certification attachment for a solicitation issued by the State of Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry Procurement Services for Electronic Payment Transaction Processing Services (Solicitation No. BPM005375). The document establishes requirements under Arizona Revised Statutes § 35-394 regarding the prohibition of forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People's Republic of China. All offerors must certify compliance with this statute by selecting one of three options: confirming the company does not use and agrees not to use forced Uyghur labor or goods/services produced by such labor, including those of contractors and subcontractors; declaring participation in forced Uyghur labor use; or claiming exempt contractor status based on business structure or size criteria.
Exemptions from the certification requirement apply to sole proprietorships, organizations with fewer than ten full-time employees, and non-profit organizations. JPay LLC, with headquarters at 3450 Lakeside Drive, Suite 100, Miramar, Florida 33027, signed this certification through Chief Revenue and Product Officer Alex Yeo, indicating the company's compliance status for the contract opportunity.
