About this file
This is a pricing and general conditions breakout template in Excel format for a construction solicitation. The file is designed to enable contractors to itemize and present cost proposals for the restoration project in an organized, structured manner. The spreadsheet appears to serve as an attachment to the solicitation documents, providing a standardized format for bidders to input labor, material, equipment, and other cost categories related to the B35 Theater restoration work at the Alvin C. York Campus in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The breakout template is part of a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The solicitation (36C24926R0055) is for electrical contracting and related wiring installation work under NAICS code 238210, with a small business size standard of $45 million. Contractors must maintain active listings in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the SBA's SDVOSB directory at the time of offer submission and prior to award. Additionally, the awarded contractor must demonstrate enrollment with VETS4212. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 9 is the procuring agency. This spreadsheet enables standardized cost presentation across all competing SDVOSB contractors responding to this solicitation.
