About this file
This document is an architectural drawing set for a federal construction project. The drawings depict the Auditorium Attic and Stage Attic new work plans for the Restoration of Building 35 Theater at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The project number is VAMC 2024-05141, with bid documents dated July 1, 2025.
The plans show mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems installation in two attic spaces. Key features include a dry-pipe riser serving below-stage attic and stage attic spaces, roof access points, roof-mounted equipment, and various ductwork, piping, and electrical conduit routing throughout both areas. The auditorium attic plan indicates multiple access points and connections to existing systems, while the stage attic plan shows similar infrastructure with designated access routes. The drawing is prepared by the Consultant Architect/Engineer of Record and is marked as fully sprinklered. The document serves as part of the bid package for the VA's restoration project and includes references to existing building systems that will interface with the new mechanical work.
