About this file
This document contains a construction and demolition disposal transaction report template. The template requires reporting of C&D materials diverted from landfills and disposed of in tons on a quarterly basis, including categories such as asphalt, brick, concrete, land clearing debris, metal, wood, and other recyclables. It provides Department of Defense and Army sustainability diversion rate targets through 2020. Contractors must submit completed reports to the contracting officer's representative, and government personnel must submit to supervisors who then report to the Directorate of Public Works Environmental division.
The second document is a solicitation for a protective coatings contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials except as specified, and perform maintenance, repair, and minor construction work involving various protective coatings applications. The government will issue individual task orders which the contractor must complete, furnishing all required resources. Task orders will vary in size and disciplines. The period of performance and response date are not specified.
