About this file
This spreadsheet template is for tracking and resolving issues related to a protective coatings contract proposal. It includes columns for listing line items from the contractor's proposal that are contentious, issues to be addressed, responses from both the contractor and government, and whether items require further negotiation. Added sections capture any line items the contractor included in a revised proposal in response to the technical review, along with government feedback and notes on needed negotiations. The spreadsheet aims to provide a reference to easily review discussions and justify revisions to the proposed work. It appears to support negotiations on a solicitation from the Department of the Army for a protective coatings contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and management to complete a range of maintenance, repair and minor construction tasks involving protective coatings through the issuance of individual task orders over the contract period.
