DeCA’s goal is to build the bench by investing in the people who join our team. Every new employee represents the future strength of our organization, and we are committed to developing their skills, confidence, and leadership potential from day one. Through a secure and efficient onboarding process—including required fingerprinting—we ensure each new team member begins their journey with clarity, trust, and readiness. By cultivating talent at every level, we prepare our workforce to lead and operate a Patron-delighting grocery business in support of the Department of War, ensuring excellence today and leadership for tomorrow.
