About this file
This is an Affirmative Action Certification form required by the Kenton County Airport Board for the Concourse A Ramp Level Office Upgrades project at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Kentucky. The contract term is 212 calendar days with liquidated damages of $500.00 per day. This federally-funded Airport Improvement Program project is subject to Buy American Act compliance, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Bidders must provide a 5 percent proposal bond, performance and payment bonds each equal to 100 percent of contract price, and account for $44.00 per airport identification badge and a $500.00 key deposit. The estimated project cost is approximately $951,000.00, with construction and installation costs of $790,000.00 plus contingency, design, force labor, and miscellaneous costs, with mobilization capped at 10 percent of total project cost.
