About this file
This instructional guide outlines the Kenton County Airport Board's (KCAB) requirements for vendors to pre-register for pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings related to the Concourse A Ramp Level Office Upgrades project at Cincinnati's CVG Airport in Hebron, Kentucky. The guide specifies that all attendees must RSVP using the OpenGov platform at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting, with the actual attendee required to complete the registration to ensure accurate security clearance processing and transportation arrangements. The pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Airport's Main Terminal Ticketing area (3087 Terminal Drive, Hebron, KY 41048). Questions regarding the approximately 20,000 square feet of Concourse A Ramp Level renovation work must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Friday, April 17, 2026, with answers posted by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. General Contractor bids are due by 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
The project involves renovation of occupied and vacant space that includes upgrading an Emergency Operations Center, expanding a gathering area for conference and SAMS functions, enhancing Housekeeping Department office finishes and restrooms, and completing upgrades in vacant offices. The work requires a phased construction approach to maintain operational continuity while the space remains partially occupied. The instructional guide provides vendors with detailed steps for RSVP completion, including account setup procedures where company administrators must add individual attendees before each person completes their individual RSVP through the OpenGov Events RSVP dropdown menu. Vendors are directed to OpenGov's online Help Center for additional navigation and account management guidance.

Kenton County Airport Board Instructional Guide for Vendors to RSVP to PreBid/PreProposal Meetings
KCAB requires all attendees for all pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings to pre-register using the RSVP function in OpenGov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Properly completing this RSVP process ensures that KCAB can perform all required security clearances prior to the site visit and ensures that adequate transportation is arranged.
The person attending the meeting must be the one to RSVP so that we have an accurate list of attendee names.
This document is being provided as a brief overview of the RSVP process. Bidders are encouraged to review the online Help Center provided by OpenGov, accessible at this link:
https://opengov.my.site.com/support/s/procurement for more in depth instructions pertaining to accounts and system navigation.
Adding users to your account
Admin is available for users with an admin role, and it allows them to add and disable users as part of their company account. An admin for your company must add every individual who is attending the meeting.
Then the individual attending the meeting must complete the RSVP. Multiple people from the same company can register, but each must complete the RSVP individually.

2. Find the meeting you will be attending (Prebid Meeting or Pre-Proposal Meeting) and click the Not Attending option to flip it to Attending.
