About this file
This is a Notice to Bidders issued by the Kenton County Airport Board for the Concourse A Ramp Level Office Upgrades project at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Boone County, Kentucky. The project encompasses General Contractor services for the renovation of approximately 20,000 square feet of space on the Ramp Level of Concourse A. The scope of work includes enclosing and upgrading an existing temporary Emergency Operations Center into a permanent, fully functional facility; expanding an existing gathering area into a larger conference room; enhancing finishes in the occupied Housekeeping Department office suite and associated restroom facilities; and completing finish upgrades in several vacant offices. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 10:00 am ET at CVG Airport, Main Terminal—Ticketing Level, with attendance limited to a maximum of two persons per company for the walkthrough. Questions must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Friday, April 17, 2026, with answers posted by Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The project requires a phased construction approach to maintain operational continuity, as approximately 50 percent of the space will remain occupied during renovation, including critical Airport Operations and Housekeeping functions.
Bidders must provide a Proposal Bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total main bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in bids, reject any or all bids, award or refrain from awarding a contract, and negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible bidder. The project is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ensuring that disadvantaged business enterprises receive full and fair opportunity to submit bids and that no discrimination occurs based on race, color, national origin, creed, sex, age, or disability.
