About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that defines the Curriculum Change Request (CCR) deliverable for a federal contract. The CCR is used to document proposed changes to established training courses. The Contractor is required to review the courses and submit CCRs to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for approval prior to implementing any changes. The CCR must include the origin of the request, the specific changes proposed, and an indication of the magnitude and criticality of the changes. The CCR is an estimated one per course per contract year, unless significant instructional/procedural changes occur during the period of performance. The CCR deliverable is referenced in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) of the related federal contract opportunity, which is for Military Sealift Command Food Services and Logistics Training.
