About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Staffing Plan under a federal contract. The Staffing Plan must address the contractor's integrated staffing, training of staff, and action plan to perform all elements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Food Services and Logistics Training contract.

The plan must describe the processes for hiring and maintaining a competent workforce, ensuring staff skill sets align with the PWS technical criteria, delivering high-quality products and services in a timely manner, backfilling positions within 30 days, cross-training personnel, enabling quick global response to multiple activities and surge requirements, and maintaining/improving skillsets. It must also detail the processes for certifying/licensing the Food Service Chefs and Dietitian personnel. The Staffing Plan is required to be submitted initially during the phase-in period and when significant changes occur.
