NOTICE OF INDUSTRY DAY
For the
Program Analysis and Control (PAAC VI) (80GSFC24R0042)
The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties about the upcoming Industry Day scheduled for March 28, 2025, regarding the PAAC VI procurement.
This event aims to facilitate communication and discussion surrounding the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP). Information will be presented on the PAAC VI program office. The Government will provide answers to the questions/comments submitted in advance regarding the DRFP. For further details, please refer to the agenda and instructions below.

The desired outcomes of this Industry Day are to:
1. Provide relevant information to the industry.
2. Promote fair competition by gathering valuable feedback.
3. Identify potential risks and issues early on, allowing for timely corrections before the final RFP release.
The term “Industry Day” is utilized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This designation is intended to encompass a diverse range of entities that may be interested in participating in this acquisition. We welcome all interested parties to engage in this process.

Questions/ Information Requested Prior to Industry Day
During the presentation, the Government will address only questions that have been formally submitted via email in advance. Questions related to this opportunity must be submitted in advance via email to Contracting Officer, Sherry Barbour at Sherry.Barbour@nasa.gov by 4:00 PM EST on March 24, 2025.
Please ensure the subject line states “GSFC 174 Industry Day.” There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government.
Please note that materials presented and discussed during the Industry Day are for informational purposes only. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, questions and answers may be posted on Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov following the Industry Day.
We encourage you to monitor SAM.gov for any updates and additional information related to this notice.
Industry Day Attendance Instructions:
Pre-registration is required for attendance at the Industry Day. To register, please email Contracting Officer, Sherry Barbour at Sherry.Barbour@nasa.gov on 4:00 PM EST, March 24, 2025. Ensure that the subject line reads “GSFC 174 PAAC VI Industry Day.” In the e-mail provide the below information. A Microsoft Teams meeting link and call-in number will be provided via-e-mail to all confirmed attendees by close-of-business, March 26, 2025. Viewers are advised they may need to download the Microsoft Teams app to their device in order to attend the Virtual Industry Day. Please be aware that any last-minute requests may not be guaranteed a response or accommodation.
In your registration email, please complete the Registration Form, which includes the following information:
a) Organization Name
b) Names, Titles, and Contact Information of Representatives (maximum of three (3) participants per organization) including Email Addresses and Phone Numbers
c) Interest in One-on-One Session
Post Industry Day
Vendors are encouraged to submit feedback regarding Industry Day via email to Sherry.Barobur@nasa.gov, no later than 4:00 PM EST on April 4, 2025, if desired. NASA does not anticipate providing responses to post Industry Day feedback submissions.

Proprietary information submitted in response to this Industry Day will be protected from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Respondents must clearly delineate all proprietary markings and identify any data that is restricted due to proprietary or other rights, marking it accordingly.
