The draft solicitation (80GSFC24R0042) is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside for a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Cost Plus Fixed Fee structure. The contract will provide Program Planning & Control and Financial services to Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA Headquarters, and Langley Research Center, covering project support, accounting, and business processes across multiple directorates.
Key procurement details include a 5-year effective ordering period with a minimum order value of $1,000,000 and a maximum of $745,000,000.
