About this file

This document is a Government Pricing Model (GPM) from NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center detailing non-management direct labor categories, labor hours, and position descriptions for the Program Analysis and Control (PAAC VI) contract for the period of August 2025. The document comprehensively outlines approximately 30 different labor categories across multiple specialist levels (Low, Intermediate, High, Senior 1-3) including Accounting, Configuration Management (CM), Documentation, General Business, Scheduling, Associates, Engagement Execution Leads, and Project Execution Specialists.

Each labor category includes specific educational requirements, experience levels, and detailed responsibilities. For instance, a Low Accounting Specialist requires a high school degree with 3-4 years of related experience and responsibilities like logging payment data, reviewing invoices, processing travel authorizations, and supporting business system upgrades. The labor hours are consistently tracked across five contract years (CY1-CY5) for different locations including GSFC & HQ, WFF & LaRC, with varying allocated hours for each position. The document provides a structured approach to defining workforce roles, qualifications, and expected contributions within NASA's project management framework.
