About this file
This scope of work document outlines requirements for an initial space alteration project to renovate office space in a federal building located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete tasks including installing power, phone, and data outlets for modular furniture. Submittals such as a project schedule, waste diversion plan, and green purchasing list are required from offerors. Work must be completed within specified durations after notice to proceed and liquidated damages will apply for delays. The project falls under normal business hours and the contracting officer is the sole authority to issue notice to proceed.
The federal contract opportunity posting is a solicitation for multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity construction contracts for General Services Administration Region 7 covering facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The contracts have a maximum value of $5 million annually and will provide general construction, repair, alteration, and incidental abatement services. Offerors will be evaluated on past performance and responses to hypothetical project scenarios. The Government intends to award up to six contracts per geographic zone through 2021 with options to extend through 2025.
